The Gasworks Carpark

Tasland Developments is currently constructing a 7 storey carpark at the Gasworks Precinct bordering Launceston’s Central Business District.

The carpark is being constructed beside Hogs Breath Restaurant, Centrelink and TasPorts Head Office. It is also adjacent to Launceston’s City Park, the Albert Hall Convention Centre and University of Tasmania.

The carpark will operate under the very latest management systems and provide a further 300 car spaces to this very popular precinct.

The carpark is expected to open October - November 2025.
