The Gasworks Carpark

Tasland Developments is currently constructing a 7 storey carpark at the Gasworks Precinct bordering Launceston’s Central Business District.

The carpark is being constructed beside TasPorts Head Office, Centrelink and Hogs Breath Restaurant. It is also adjacent to Launceston’s City Park and the newly constructed University of Tasmania.

The carpark will operate under the very latest management systems and provide a further 300 car spaces to this very popular precinct.

Potential carpark tenants are already expressing their interest.

Construction of the carpark is expected to be totally complete by June 2025.
